Introducing the mono Support Center
We know that our users sometimes need help with their mono sites or just some good advice on how to get started. Therefore we are very happy to present our new mono Support Center! You can easily access Support Center from www.mono.net in the top bar at all times or you can check it out here.
Contacting support will give you an answer within two working days, but it might seem a long time to wait if it means you can’t work on your website while you wait. Luckily there are some very helpful resources available 24/7.
We have gathered a lot of frequently asked questions with some helpful answers. We always recommend you consult our FAQs first – it is definitely the quickest way to get an answer. Our FAQs are broken up in different categories to help you find your topic quickly.
Find helpful tutorials that lead you through how to set up your mono site and work with the mono tool in general. We’re adding new tutorials all the time, so be sure to check back now and again.
