Get a guestbook on your mono website
To get a guestbook on your mono website you have to insert the comment module, which you find in the list of content modules. With the comment module you can give your users the possibility to comment on the content of your website. You can also insert the comment module on an empty page that you name guestbook, to use the module as a guestbook on your mono website.
Remember that you can find answers to your questions in our forum, where you can also create your own blog posts for the other mono users to answer or use.
Two or more domains
You can easily get more than one domain to your mono website. Simply just follow the mono basic + domain flow for every domain you want for your website. The first domain you buy for your website will be the primary domain. The following domains, will guide your users forward to your primary domain, so that the primary domain will be the visible address in the browser.
Check out the forum on mono.net
Check out the forum to get help from other mono users or help the other mono users yourself. You can also share your tips and tricks with the others. IMPORTANT! From now on there will be no e-mail support for mono free users. The forum will be the place to get help and answers about your mono website. You can also see some examples of other mono websites in different categories. Note that the forum is in Danish. The English version will follow shortly.
Use the HTML module
With the HTML module you can add different functionalities to your mono website. The HTML module can be used to add functionalities like for example Google analytics, quickpolls, baby tickers and many more. Use the HTML module to give your mono website a personal touch. See YouTube movies in full screen
With the new full screen function in the YouTube module you can view your movies in full screen directly from your mono website. Click the screen-icon at the bottom of the YouTube.
Get comments from your users
You may now get comments from your users. You can place the comment module anywhere at your website. Remember to publish your website after adding the module. You may always edit or delete a
comment by clicking the comment module in your editing interface. Only available in mono basic or mono basic + domain.
Bookmark and share
We have added a 'Share this' functionality at the bottom of your website. You can disable the function in general settings for your website.
Print pages
You may insert at print function using the HTML module. Insert this code:

Drag a HTML module were you want the text 'Print page' to appear and paste this script into the module. Remember to publish your site. Note that this feature is only available in mono basic and basic + domain.
Get a counter for your mono site
We have had a number of questions on how to get a counter on your website. And here is a suggestion... Sign up for a free counter at www.statcounter.com and include the tracking code in 'HTML in body' under General settings for your site. You may also choose to show the counter on a specific page by using the HTML module. Place the HTML module on you page where you want to show the counter and paste the Statcounter tracking code into the module. Remember to publish your site after adding the tracking code. It is possible to style your counter to fit the chosen design for your mono site.
Google analytics
You may now get detailed user stats using Google analytics for your mono site. Insert the tracking code in the Global HTML Tags (under Settings) for your mono site. Remember to publish your site.

RSS feeds
Using the new RSS module your are able to get news feeds from external services providing RSS feeds. You may for instance get updates from TV2 or weather forecast from DMI at your mono site. At www.rsskataloget.dk you can get an overview of Danish RSS feeds. Note that this feature is only available in mono basic.

Enlarge your photos in your album and create links from your pictures
It is now possible to click on your photos in your photo album to see a large image. You can also create links (internal and external) from the images included at your website. Note that these
features are only available in mono basic.
Password protect your mono site
Now you can control the access to your mono site. You may lock all or some of your pages, so that only the people you give access to your site can see it. In page settings you will find a check box that you need to check if you want to limit access to a particular page. If a user tries to access this page, he will have to request access. You can see a list of the people who have requested access at the dashboard, from where you can also grant access.
Remember to publish your site if you have password protected one or more pages.
Note that password protection is only available in mono basic. You may easily upgrade your current account. Upgrade now
