How do I sign up?
Sign up for a FREE account and upgrade at any time. We won’t take any credit card details until you’d like to upgrade.
Can I use my existing domain?
Absolutely. You can choose to either transfer your domain name to mono or just redirect it to your new mono site.
What domain types does mono support?
We support all major domains (e.g. .com, .net, etc.) and we’re adding more all the time – for a current list see here.
What kind of support is available for FREE users?

Straightforward pricing
The prices you see above are strictly monthly prices, no trickery. That said, we offer a 20% discount for yearly subscriptions.
Cancelling my subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time in My Account > Account Center > My Subscription Details. No questions asked.
Invoicing
You will be invoiced and charged for your subscription with the frequency that you choose, either monthly or yearly.
Do I need additional web hosting?
Nope! We take care of that. We use secure and stable servers ensuring the uptime and availability of all mono sites.
Is a domain included in the price of paid subscriptions?
Domain prices vary, so to keep it fair we exclude domains from your regular subscription price. Learn more here.
Do you offer email accounts?
Yes. On our paying subscription plans you can add email accounts to any domain for an additional price.
What is included with premium support?
For all paid subscriptions we offer direct support via a ticket-based request system. We aim to answer all inquiries within 2 business days.
